A Look Inside My Journey

Each month, I sit down and write a One Page Report, a way to capture where I am, what I’m learning, and how I’m evolving. It’s not a polished update or a highlight reel. It’s an honest reflection of the journey I’m on, figuring out what alignment really feels like, challenging old patterns, and choosing to create in a way that feels true to me.

If you subscribe, you’ll get a real and unfiltered look behind the scenes, what’s working, what’s uncomfortable, and what I’m noticing as I keep stepping into who I’m becoming. I’ll share my thoughts on creativity, transformation, and flow, as well as the moments that shift everything.

This is for you if you’re curious about what it really takes to do the inner work while building something meaningful. If my journey resonates with you, I’d love to have you along for the ride.

Subscribe to get access to my monthly One Page Reports.

Let's keep going and keep growing.

#171: Glin & Tonic - Stillness Over Striving
When the proving voice falls quiet, we can see whether we’re optimising for recognition or for impact that truly matters.   I’m struggling to find the words today, and I’ve been asking myself this question: “What’s the point?”   When I sit to write my blog each week, I want my words to carry resonance and value. I want people to reflect and see their own journey through reading abo...
#170: Glin & Tonic - Learning to hold the life you say you want
The identity trap: why we contract into smallness when our vision expands.   Have you ever had a week that makes you re-evaluate everything about your life and work?   That’s what I’ve been navigating. These last two weeks have been a deep inward journey, slowly unravelling an identity trap I didn’t even know I was in.   It’s why you didn’t hear from me last week. I desperately wanted to write ...
#169: Glin & Tonic - When politeness becomes poison.
Choosing truth over false harmony.   Bitch, Please!   Now when you say this out loud, say it with full sass, the kind of unapologetic, soulful delivery that makes you laugh, nod, and know they’re deadly serious “enough, with taking the piss.”   I’ll caveat, maybe this week’s heart-to-heart is my perimenopause speaking. But if I’m honest, I think it’s my 45-year-old self saying I’ve had enough. ...
